Transparent, fair pricing
Most deliveries are priced by mileage and trailer weight:
-Under 2,000 lbs: $1.00 - $1.25 per mile
-2,000 - 4,000 lbs: $1.50 per mile
-Over 4,000 lbs (up to 8,000 lbs): $2.00 per mile
Final price depends on route complexity, available backhauls, fuel prices, and delivery pickup and drop off location accessibility.
Things to consider before booking
Pickup and drop off locations
- Deliveries are priced on standard access.
- Extra charges may apply for steep driveways, tight turns, off-road conditions, or other difficult pickup and drop-off scenarios.
-If access is limited, you must be available to meet at a safe, open location such as a parking lot or wide street.
Communication is Critical
-Clear and timely communication is expected before, during, and especially at drop-off.
-If you're not available at delivery time, someone must be reachable and authorized to confirm trailer placement and release final payment immediately upon delivery.
In some cases, if previously agreed upon, drivers may drop the trailer, send photos for proof of placement, and receive payment remotely - but only if clear communication is maintained throughout.
-Lack of communication can delay delivery and result in rescheduling fees.
