Transport requirements (please read before booking): We only transport EMPTY trailers - No freight, RV's, Boats, or campers.
To ensure a safe and legal delivery, your trailer must :
- Be roadworthy: good tires, lights, brakes, and greased bearings.
-Have one of the following:
-Valid license plate, (not expired), OR
-A valid temporary tag OR,
- A current legal bill of sale in your name.
Please include a picture of the trailer - or of a trailer that looks identical in size and shape. - (If you don't have the exact photo.) It's important for the driver to know exactly what they'll be picking up. If it's a used trailer multiple pictures (including tires, overall condition, etc.) are strongly encouraged. this helps avoid confusion and ensures a smoother delivery. Remember: Customers are responsible for any trailer breakdowns on the road, including issues with tires, brakes, axles, and bearings. Photos help protect everyone.

Submitting this form does not require any payment. Once we review your request and confirm availability, we will call you to finalize the booking.
If both sides agree, you may then use the PayPal link below to pay your 20% deposit to secure your spot on our delivery schedule.
Your 20% deposit is not released to the driver until pickup is complete and the trailer is safely on the way.
This protects both sides and ensures professional, confirmed delivery - every time.

Deposit policy - Please Read Carefully
Your deposit will not be accessed or used until the driver arrives and confirms pickup with photos.
If your trailer pickup is more than a few days away, you may wait to submit the deposit until the driver is on the way or nearby.
Once the trailer is confirmed hooked up and ready for delivery, the deposit will be processed and released directly to the driver.
Deposits are non - refundable if:
- The trailer cannot be legally or safely towed.
- Tires, wiring, tags, or hitch access are not as described. - Trailer is locked, inaccessible, or otherwise not roadworthy.
If delivery cannot be completed due to driver or platform issues, your deposit will be refunded in full.
